We’ve decided to do something positive to help you achieve your goals and create something you may have been thinking about for a while. Designing and Building can be a complicated process and we have developed a team of experienced professionals who are experienced in delivering quality new homes at realistic prices.
The imby process begins with a free no-obligation consultation in our office. Here we can talk to you about your site, about what you’d like to see and explain the process for you first hand.
We’ll answer your questions, explain how our experienced team works for you and outline the costs of the work that needs to be done.
You will meet our Architect and our Builder at this meeting which will provide valuable information to help you progress your project.
A Design Report at a fixed price is prepared which maps out how your project can be achieved. Our Design and Build team will listen to your ideas, produce a Concept Design and develop this with you.
You will be able to assess your project costs at this early stage with our input.
This is our proposal for how we will work together and takes you through the steps we will follow on your project.
The Project Plan is then prepared, which shows the further stages we will be going thorough. The imby team will manage every step of the way on your behalf including;
developed design / survey plans / resource consent – if needed / specifications / pricing
Pricing Plans are prepared to allow the Build Contract to be finalized, Building Consent application and related costs are allowed for in the Build Contract.
